Abby and I met this time last year at a Wedding Show at the Castle Green hotel in Kendal. I was very impressed with what she had to say, especially as I see many Brides stress levels rise in the months before their Wedding.
In reality what Abby does is to break down your lifestyle and helps you to make better decisions about what goes into your body, its not all about losing weight, that is often a by-product of eating and drinking more healthily, this in turn helps to reduce the stress levels also giving the skin a healthy glow ready for your big Wedding Day !
I was honoured to be asked to Abby’s Wedding, although she had booked a Wedding Photographer before we had met I covered the evening celebrations, these are some of the photos you see here….
So, over to Abby…..
The question was popped, the answer was “Yes” !
You’re getting married !
Now what ?
Now, and from this moment forward, your life is going to be full of things you need to do, need to buy, need to order, need to organise, need to invite, need to measure, need to visit, need to book… the list is endless! Organising a wedding can be an all-consuming activity with ecstatic highs and nail-biting anxiety attacks… (Yep, talking from recent experience !).
But amongst this endless to-do list, there is also a little space in your mind to visualise the day.
Take the time and do it now.
Close your eyes and picture yourself, your fiancé, venue, people, ceremony, first dance, cutting the cake and the photos in the album… doesn’t it all look amazing?!!
So what on earth has this got to do with me… a nutritional therapist?
Well, imagine your wedding was tomorrow. Would the way you look match your visualisation?
Would you feel ready?
If not, why not?
Now, add how you currently look and feel to the hectic list of things you need to do over the next few months and ask yourself this – “will all this lead to me looking and feeling my best for the most important day of my life ?”
If not, this is where I come in.
I practice from Kendal and Ambleside and work with individuals and couples to get their nutritional balance right so that they can look and feel better than they have done for weeks, months, sometimes years, or even ever ! The protocols I use are pretty simple – nothing fancy, weird or a nightmare to follow. They simply identify their needs, address them, and off they go!
Over the course of just a few sessions, you could say goodbye to headaches, insomnia, tiredness, PMS (seriously ladies – I have patients who have suffered for years with all the usual symptoms. Then, 3 sessions with me – gone.) aches & pains, bloating, bad skin, stress (this list is also endless!) and possibly even lose a few lbs if that’s what you’re goal is. Imagine life without these things – wouldn’t that make your day better? Wouldn’t that make your photo album and your honeymoon better? And what about your whole entire life ahead?!
